General Meeting
The CWOB meeting is being held pursuant to the provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020. As the County begins to reopen for in-person services, the CWOB meetings will also reopen to the public.
The public is strongly encouraged to observe the live stream of the CWOB meeting at Agendas/ Minutes - San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board. Public comments during the meeting can be submitted via email to the Clerk of the Board at COB@sbcounty.gov
If attending the meeting in person, facial coverings and temperature screenings will be required and seating in the board chambers will be limited to ensure appropriate social distancing is maintained.
If you enter the Government Center building you will be asked to submit to temperature reading taken using a No-Contact Temperature Device. No record of your individual temperature will be kept, stored, or shared.

CWOB meetings are open to the public. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Center is through the west doors, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan. Those wishing to attend the board meeting will be sent directly to the chambers. Please be advised, by entering a County facility without a mask you are attesting that you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Facial coverings and social distancing are required for those who have not been vaccinated.
