About San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board

In accordance with Health and Safety Code section 34179(j), the 26 RDA oversight boards in San Bernardino County consolidated into one Countywide Oversight Board on July 1, 2018. The Board will be responsible for overseeing and approving RDA Successor Agency wind down actions identified in RDA dissolution legislation. The County Auditor-Controller has selected the San Bernardino County Community Development and Housing Agency to staff the oversight board.
