San Bernardino County will generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication for qualified persons with disabilities so they can participate equally in San Bernardino County programs, services, and activities, including a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience and consistent with ADA accessibility guidelines. Within 15 calendar days after receipt of the request, the Public Access ADA Coordinator or designee will discuss with the requester the request and possible resolutions. Within 15 calendar days of the discussion, the Public Access ADA Coordinator or designee will respond in writing, and where appropriate, in a format accessible to the requester.

To help us respond efficiently, please include the following information in your request:

  • Your name and preferred contact method, including mailing address and phone number
  • A description of the material or page you are requesting
  • The URL (web address) of the page where the content appears
  • The format you require (for example: accessible PDF, large print, screen-reader compatible format, or alternative text version)
