Dr. Eric Vreeman

Vice President of Administrative Services at Victor Valley College

Eric Vreeman, Ed.D. is an accomplished educational leader and administrator with extensive experience in both K-12 and community college settings. Currently serving as Vice President of Administrative Services at Victor Valley College, Dr. Vreeman oversees a broad portfolio including Fiscal Services, Payroll, Facilities, Information Technology, Risk Management, Campus Police, Maintenance and Operations, Bookstore, and Food Services. He leads major initiatives such as the development of a new Facilities Master Plan and the management of multimillion-dollar bond programs and capital construction projects.

 

Previously, Dr. Vreeman served as Assistant Superintendent of Business Services and Educational Services in the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District, where he was instrumental in fiscal recovery, grant acquisition, and academic achievement improvements. His leadership roles have included principalships at multiple school sites, where he consistently drove gains in academic performance and school accreditation.

 

Dr. Vreeman holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from California State University, San Bernardino, and has completed advanced training through the Association of Chief Business Officials (ACBO), Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT), Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), and other professional development programs.
