SUMMARY:Annual ROPS/ General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Executive Order N-29-20\, which suspended certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act allowing members of the San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board (CWOB) to attend meetings via teleconference or video conference and participate in meetings to the same extent as if they were present\, expired on September 30\, 2021. Effective October 1\, 2021\, enforcement of Brown Act meeting requirements regarding in person meeting attendance will resume. \nEffective December 15\, 2021\, through January 15\, 2022\, CDPH guidance requires masks to be worn in all “indoor public settings”\, irrespective of vaccine status. Indoor public settings include any County work spaces members of the public regularly access\, such as lobbies\, regardless of whether anyone from the public is present. \nThe San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board meetings are open to the public for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino Government Center is through the west doors\, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan. Those wishing to attend the board meeting will be sent directly to the chambers. \nThe public may view the Board Meeting live stream at http://sbcwob.sbcounty.gov/agendas-minutes-1/; If you wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item or a general public comment prior to the Board meeting\, please submit comments via U.S. Mail* or email to COB@sbcounty.gov.
