Medical Campus (Bear Valley/Hook)

In June of 1994, the Victorville Redevelopment Agency acquired 20.02± acres of vacant land. The property is located at the northeastern corner of Hesperia and Silica Road. Shortly after its acquisition, the property was subdivided into 15 separate parcels. The Medical Campus is home to a variety of successful medical offices such as, Desert Cities Dialysis, Life Chiropractic and Vista Dental.

Foxborough Industrial Park (Bear Valley/Hook)

Foxborough Industrial Park is a 233-acre industrial park featuring easy freeway access, located off Hesperia Road on Victorville’s eastside, just west of Spring Valley Lake. It is part of the former Bear Valley Road Redevelopment Project Area and home to many leading global corporations. Since 2000, Foxborough has been a major industrial success for the City, providing direct rail access to BNSF’s mainline via a publicly owned rail spur. Its largest tenants include The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, ConAgra Foods, Nutro Products and Church & Dwight.

Auto Park (Bear Valley/ Hook)

The City of Victorville’s Auto Park at Valley Center, the only auto mall in the entire Victor Valley, includes nine premier dealerships for residents. Built upon the former site of the Roy Rogers Museum at Interstate-15, the Auto Park boasts prime freeway frontage and high visibility in the center of Victorville. The Auto Park has sites available for new franchise development.

Desert Plazas (Bear Valley/ Hook)

The Desert Plazas, anchored by Home Depot, opened a new Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, neighboring other tenants such as Dickey’s Barbeque Pit, In-N-Out Burger, Winco Foods and Wells Fargo. Upon full build-out, the center will include over 800,000 square feet with several pads being available for lease.

Impressions (Bear Valley/ Hook)

In September 2002 the Redevelopment Agency entered into an Affordable Housing Agreement with Southern California Housing Development Corporation (SoCal Housing) for the purposes of facilitating the development of an affordable housing community upon 17-acres within the Hook Redevelopment Project Area. That Agreement resulted in the construction of 100-very affordable units now known as Impressions at Valley Center.
